Toe Massage
 
By holding the bottom of the foot, twist, tug, and pull each toe moderately from the outer to the inner toes to relieve the cramps of it.
 
Hot Stone
 
With a smooth and heated stone, the masseuse will press it to make a warm feeling to ease the muscle tension.
 
Pregnancy Massage
 
It is beneficial for all women, but it can only by those certified, prenatal massage therapist. It is done by smoothly stroking and pressuring to lessen the symptoms of pregnancy such as swollen feet, anxiety, depression, and stress.
 
Finishing Strokes
 
This twisting motion technique is just like the “warm-up twisting”. Finish it by pulling your toes back and forth to gradually lighten the pressure of it. Repeat on the other foot.
